Return policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns:
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
How to initiate the process: If you wish to return a product, send an email to: Contact@getloomii.com with your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product (if damaged), and your contact details.
Refunds:
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to approve or deny your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at Contact@getloomii.com.
Costs:
Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be sent to China, with costs starting at €20, which will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions:
Defective products: If you receive a defective product, we will send a new one free of charge. If the issue persists on the second attempt, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
