How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

At Loomii, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our products are made using eucalyptus fibres sourced from sustainably managed forests, ensuring that every sheet and comforter you sleep in has a minimal environmental footprint. Compared to cotton, our production process uses up to 20x less water and avoids harmful pesticides or dyes.

We also work exclusively with suppliers who follow responsible forestry and ethical labor standards, and our packaging is fully recyclable and plastic-free.

Can I see your certificates?

All Loomii fabrics and fillings are independently tested and certified to meet the highest global standards for safety and environmental responsibility. Our materials carry OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, meaning they’re verified to be free from harmful chemicals and safe for sensitive skin.

Additionally, our eucalyptus fibres come from FSC-certified forests, ensuring they’re sourced through responsible forestry practices that protect biodiversity and support local communities.
